Hands down the best burger I've ever had. It's a nice quiet place with friendly waitresses. Highly suggest the sunny side up burger with a ceaser salad This spot has become a mandatory stop when passing by on our hunting trips.

If you happen to visit Rocky Mountain House, you really have to stop by 48, I do not usually do the pub atmosphere, just not my thing. I happen to visit 48 to fix something. I was delightfully surprised by how nice and cozy it was for such a big place. The staff led by the Manager Lisa is exceptional, friendly, quick, and efficient, and I could go on. Stephanie, one of the bartenders suggest I try their Prime Rib Beef dip. I love a good beef dip, but honestly, I avoid prime rib due to how fatty it can be. I decided to take a risk, and so I ordered the Prime Rib Beef Dip. At first.glance , I'd like any other beef dip when I picked it up. That's where I started to notice that this was not just another beef dip. The bun was light and soft, and the aroma coming off the sandwich was nothing short of heavenly. I took my first bite and was taken back to my Dad's cooking at his restaurant. My Dad could make any piece of meat taste like the best cut of meat out there. The Prime Rib Beef Dip did not disappoint, so much flavor combined perfectly in every bite. I have been craving the Prime Rib Beef Dip since I had it back in December. I was lucky enough to be in Rocky Mountain House last week around my birthday, so I had to stop in and order one again. The second time was as good as the first time. Even if you do not enjoy a good beef dip, all of their food their looked mouth-watering as I saw it past by me. You must go visit 48 you will not be disappointed. PS, their fries are crazy good as well. Thank you again to the staff of 48 for making me feel welcome.

We had supper here on Friday july 19th it was excellent really good portion sizes excellent prices and service top notch. Would definitely recommend the fo4rty eig8t for any one who is passing through on vacation and likes to support local businesses.

I don't get to come here as often as I would like but every time I've been here the food has been awesome. I usually get the sunny up Angus burger but today had the steak. I asked for it to be cooked a ceratin way and was cooked perfect! These people work hard and are fun and I look forward to coming here every time I travel through rocky and I will continue to do so..

Just had an awesome experience here. Ordered the new York steak with a stuffed potato and it was very, very good. I got a couple cocktails and the cinnamon donuts as well, all was excellent. Out of the two cocktails (elderflower gin and pickled caesar) I enjoyed the pickled caesar more. The gin was quite good as well just not as satisfying, I like sour flavors a lot. The server/bartender was really friendly and accommodating but not smothering at all and the restaurant was cozy and welcoming. Very nice vibes. I left feeling very satisfied, my body is quite happy with the meal and comfort. I will be back tomorrow (Wednesday) for the half-price wings and probably whenever I'm in town for work. Well done

Great atmosphere and amazing vibes! The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. Friendly and attentive service made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

We dropped in today during a motorcycle ride. The place was packed and the server was by herself. We were seated quickly with menus and drink orders exchanged promptly. We opted for the nachos and dry ribs. Food came out so fast and both were amazing! We would definitely recommend stopping here. Huge shout out to Lisa for running the whole front of the house by herself.

Went in around 830. Had a steak sandwich. It was amazing. Service was good. In there on a Friday. Band started. It was obviously loud. Some mix issues. Would go back just earlier.
